Paradox IPA, originating in 2013, is our flagship beer that has played a pivotal role in defining the New England style IPA for the brewery. This style is characterized by its hazy, unfiltered appearance, imparting a distinctive and appealing cloudiness to the beer.
The brewing process involves the use of choice English crystal malt, contributing to the beer's malt profile and adding depth to its flavor. However, the true star of the show is the generous addition of American hops. These hops are carefully selected to provide a burst of hoppy aroma and flavor, which is a hallmark of New England IPAs. The choice of hops can impart a variety of fruity, citrusy, and piney notes to the beer.
