Job Title: Lead Line Cook

Terms: Full Time

Compensation: $16 - $18 per hour depending on experience
About the Role:
Paradox Brewery is seeking experienced line cooks to operate a brand new menu in our newly constructed pavilion/event space - menu input and creativity are encouraged, sanitation skills are a must well as presentation and organization - benefits are available ( 50% company match Health Insurance ), guaranteed 2 days off a week and early nights out (kitchen closes 30 min before tasting room)
Responsibilities:
- Report to the Tasting Room Manager
- Ensure both kitchens, counters, sinks, utensils, coolers, shelving, and storage areas are clean and comply with established sanitation standards, hygiene, and health standards.
- All other day-to-day activities as necessary to keep the brewpub maintained.
- Ability to multi-task in a noisy, fast-paced and distraction-filled environment.
- Special projects as assigned by management
Candidate Requirements:
- Must be 18+ years old
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be friendly and outgoing with strong customer service skills
- Must be organized
- Must be willing to work as a team and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and nonverbal communication
- Ability to adjust and adapt quickly to changes in schedule
- Ability to work on your feet for several hours at a time
