About the Role:

Paradox Brewery is seeking an entry level Packaging assistant. This position is responsible for assisting with all aspects of packaging (Packoff, keg washing, kegging, mix packs, prepping, cleaning, and staging orders). You would also be assisting all Production Team members in their roles whenever possible.There are Many opportunities to learn and excel depending on your capabilities, willingness, availability and ensure safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Execute cleanup, upkeep, and maintenance of packaging area and entire brewery
• Work with all packaging processes including kegging, canning, and analytical equipment
• Properly clean and fill kegs.
• Ensure all beer is in the proper condition (temperature, carbonation level, etc.) prior to packaging.
• Ensure all packaging activity is done according to its SOP regarding yield, can fill-height, dissolved oxygen levels
• Build and pack 12 packs and mix packs
• Maintain proper packaging records and logs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all packaging equipment, warehouse and packaging supplies
• Assist with regular maintenance of packaging equipment.
• Load / unload freight deliveries and shipments *Special projects as assigned by management

• Lift 55 lbs. and move 165 lbs.
• Safely operate around complex machinery
• Work in a non-temperature controlled environment
• Work on your feet for long periods of time
